Mac cleaners have a reputation for scary scans and deleting too much. Roomy was built the other way around.

  • It explains every item

    Each row says what the item is, where it lives, how big it is and what happens when it’s removed, with a Safe, Review or Caution rating.

  • Only rebuildable data is preselected

    Caches, logs, temporary files and build data can be selected for you. Documents, app data, backups and downloads always wait for the user.

  • Personal files go to the Trash

    Anything that isn’t a cache is moved to the Trash, so a clean can be undone. An Activity Log records what was removed.

  • Made for developers too

    Xcode DerivedData and simulators, npm, pnpm, Yarn, Bun, Homebrew, Gradle and Swift Package Manager caches, with what each one does.

  • Nothing leaves the Mac

    No analytics SDK. The app contacts our server only to check a Pro license, never with file names, paths or scan results.

  • Pay once if you prefer

    Monthly and yearly plans, or a lifetime license that never renews. The scan and 500 MB of cleaning are free.
